I think it is insensitive to ask that question no matter what the age, but to a 48 yr old woman is completely ridiculous. Have people gone insane?? WHY would they think you would want to spend time as a newlywed going through medical treatments, exorbitant expenses, and risk the chance of having a child born with health problems?? Who even asks a woman at your age a question like this? And then have the balls to push it further when you obviously have answered them quite politely by comparing you with a celebrity??
