How big is/was your baby at 36-37 weeks?

I realize that many of you haven't reached that point yet, but if you did, or if you remember with previous pregnancies?

My lil girl is measuring small and has been the whole pregnancy, but today she measured only 4lbs, 13 oz. They charted her to be somewhere around the 10%, down from 23% last month.

The weight didn't sound so crazy considering I still have 3-4 weeks to go and I think I've heard they gain a half a lb a week now.

They told me 5lb 11oz at 36 weeks.

How do they know/estimate this?

sorry, I'm 28 weeks and I only know how much it weighs from the emails I get.

My baby was estimated to be 5.5 lbs at my 32 week sono. But I have 8 and 9 lb babies at birth.

I delevered Lauren at 37.5 weeks and she was 8 lbs even, she was a big girl. She would have been huge if i went to 40 weeks.

Estimated to be 7lbs 3 oz at 36 week sono

I delivered DD at 36w6d and she was 6lb 3oz

I delivered at 37 weeks and DS was 6lb 8oz

I was told 8lbs at 36 weeks and that if I went full term she would be over 10lbs. I went 9 days early and she was 8lb 11oz. so these things can be a little off.

At my 36 week sono baby was 10 lbs
(I have big babies though )

My DD was 8-4 at 36 weeks and born at 39 weeks @ 9-13

DS- can't recall

at 35 weeks and 5 days he was 6.6 lbs

at 34w, DS measured 5.4

at 37w, 7.4

born at 40w2d 8.7

sounds like a good weight!

At 37 weeks ds#2 was measuring 10-8. He was born 2 days later at 10-8.

#1 didn't have a sono at that point. He measured 4.5 at 30 weeks and high 8s, low 9s at 41 weeks. He was born the next day at 10-2

Both my boys were born in their 37th week at 7lbs 1oz and 7lbs 2oz. My daughter was born last week (her 38th week) and was 7lbs 11oz.

DD was born at 37 weeks and weighed 6 lbs 6 oz

My DD was born at 36 weeks and was 7lbs 15oz

My DS was born at 36+ weeks and he was 7lbs 11oz

At 36w 4d she measured at 6lbs 3 ozs. I'm 39w 2d and still waiting but expecting her to be around 8lbs if their estimates were right.

And you're right, they did say they gain about 1/2lb a week.

my dd was born at 37w and she was 5lb 14ins and she is still small at 17lbs. and in the 25%tile.

DD was 7 lbs. 2 oz. at my growth sono which i think was at 36 weeks? she ended up being 9 lbs. 2 oz.

At 36.5 weeks, he was measuring 15 pounds 15 oz.

They projected DS#1 to be 7-8 pounds at birth and he was 6 pounds 4 oz.

DD born at 36weeks @ 6lbs 14oz
DS born at just over 36 weeks @
8lbs 1oz

these babies measured 3lbs 2oz
and 3lbs 4oz @ 28 1/2 weeks!! so looks like I'm making bigger babies these days!!
