But I am way out of shape!! What is a good beginners workout DVD? I was going to a kickboxing class 4 days a week before I got pregnant with the twins and would love to go back but just can't right now b/c of DH's work schedule.......so what can I do at home to get myself started again?
TIA

Re: beginner workout DVD

Jillian Michaels has a Cardio Kickbox DVD that I really like. It's only 25 minutes so it's not too long and it's not too intense.

Re: beginner workout DVD

I have the Biggest Loser Cardio Max (I think) DVD and I really like it. I did it 3/4 times a week until I joined the gym 2 weeks ago.

You can try thee 30 Day shread also by Jillian Michaels. It has 3 levels so you can find the one that is right for you.

Re: beginner workout DVD

if you have Time Warner, you probably also have Exercise TV on demand and can try a bunch of Jillian Michaels and Biggest Loser workouts. I just started the BL Last Chance Workout last week and I really like it. There are other ones to try too. I don't know how long these stay available but so far I'm really enjoying trying them out before I commit to a DVD.

I like the 30 Day Shred. I also like the CardioMax because you can customize it. I fell off the exercise wagon in a big way and am going to do the shortest workout possible and then work back up. Chat Icon
