Has anyone gotten a pregnancy yoga workout on DVD?
To say my life style has been sedentary the last 3 1/2 months is an over statement. I used to go to the gym, play co-ed softball, volleyball, etc, but I have done NOTHING.
I was thinking of picking up a pregnancy yoga dvd. Good idea? Can I just jump right back into that?

i'm interested in this too - i did a little research online and there are some lists as to what dvds are best, etc. as for "jumping back in" i'd say ask your dr if you're worried about that, though yoga (esp prenatal) should be pretty low ket (ie not cardio intense).

I go to a prenatal yoga class in Bayside and the instructor (who also happens to be pregnant!) recommends Crunch Series prenatal yoga DVD - I bought it and I like it

I was wondering the same thing. I didn't want to just buy one and then end up hating it.
