so tired and yet never to bed early
is anyone else so tired by the end of the work day but by the time you are home and dinner is done and have sort of unwound from the day with DH the next thing you know its after 10:30pm and you did not get to bed early like you hoped?
i feel like this happens every night...all i want is my bed right now but no matter how i try i never end up there as early as i like

I could not have wrote that better myself! I am fighting to stay awake at my desk, but i know tonight i will be lucky if i get to bed by 11

Pretty much... i try not to fall asleep too early because then i will be up too early... id rather not do it until i literally cant keep my eyes open

Yes!! Every night, after I get DD to bed, check my email, have a glass of water....and somehow that seems to have to have taken like 4 hours....and I'm dragging myself to bed at 11....

Yes! Also doesn't help that I have been taking 2-hour naps when I get home (and waking up exhausted from those to boot!)

yup! i am so tired during the day but when it comes time to actually go to bed at a reasonable hour it never seems to work out.

this is me exactly!! 
i cannot seem to get to bed before 11:30 and then after waking up to pee a few times, its already 5:30 am!
every morning I swear I will go to bed early

Yeah it has been this way ever since I got married  DH is not an early to bed person (even though he gets up really early), and he'd just wake me up if I went to bed. So we are big on saying we'll go ot bed early but we rarely do
