Did anyone ever move from queens ( or the boroughs) to Long Island .. question about having a re-evealuation
We live in Queens but moving to Nassau soon. He just got services extended to 8/31
he turns 3 on 4/7)with EI and will continue to get speech only( he was getting ot and special instructor) in the fall. Now what happens if we move say in Juily.. do we keep getting service at home? Once we move, do I have to have him reevaluated?
