really depends on how the meat if cut. I always ask for mine thin, sometimes its 3 slices, sometimes 4. But i weigh everything out once a week when I buy it. I put it into individual bags.

I usually estimate around 2.5-3 slices (thin).

I tend to count 1 slice(thin) as 1 ounce, and 2-3 slices as 1 points plus.

ok i got it sliced thin so i guess 2-3 slices.
thanks so much for your help this week ladies! this is the first time i am actually measuring and counting every little calorie. It's very time consuming in the beginning but it seems to be working!
