Weight Watchers Question

Just joined ww on-line. I plan on starting tomorrow....I wanted to do it online, becuase i know if i''m paying for something, i'm more likely to stick with it. I don't have a flexibilty to join and go to meetings.
On the new ww point program, does everything pretty much work the same except that the point value of foods has changed????????
I'm confused.

Maybe i'll just stick to the old system, since i have the book for that and the sliding calculater chart.

Help!!!

If you are going to follow it online, I would follow it the way they have outlined it.

I would switch to the new program especially if you are going to track online.

Re: Weight Watchers Question

No all food values have changed. The calculations are different because they don't add in calories. PointsPlus is calculated with fat, carbs, protein and fiber. I love this plan better because I feel like I'm eating more savory foods because I have more points to play with.
