Hot Yoga in Smithtown

Hey everyone! I just joined LI Families last week. You all seem so nice and I look forward to chatting with you.

I was wondering if anyone had any information about the new Hot Yoga place that just opened in Smithtown..across from Napper Tandy's in the shopping center with Mannino's and Baja.

Or if you had any information about hot yoga or yoga in general. I am thin king of joining and was looking for feedback first.

I don't go there, but I do go to hot yoga about 3x a week in Massapequa. I recently wrote an entry about hot yoga in general on my blog. The link is on my profile.
