There still some tissue left and it's right on my cervix so my dr tried to get it out herself..... REALLY painful.... So now I'm having a d & c on thurs.... Some stuff has been coming out since she tried tho so maybe she jarred it loose... Ugh.... I wish the ob told me I needed a d&c when I was in the ER last week....
Ugh Ang! They did the same thing to me, and holy crap - it was painful. Just torture. I am so so sorry you have to go through this. It breaks my heart.
i am so sorry! i had a d&c and after it was a relief to know it was "finished" so to speak. really sucks they didnt tell you upfront though...i hope you feel better xoxoxo
A positive story for you: my SIL m/c in Nov, no D&C. 6 weeks later wasn't getting AF and was cramping so they did an u/s and found leftover tissue. They then did a D&C - 6 weeks after m/c. She was so upset to be going through it all again when she was trying to move on. Now, she is 12.5 weeks pregnant and so far all is going great! Don't give up hope!!
