Where to go for mommy and me groups?
in Suffolk county. I live in Port Jeff Station, being a single mom, I think this would be good for my son and I to go to!

If you are looking for free ones, check your local library. I went to many baby and mommy groups when my DDs were under 1 year old. I met a lot of other moms with babies in the same age group too!
If you want groups that you have to pay for, I would do a google search for your local: Little Gym, Gymboree and Music Together.

CFA in Smithtown is great they have classes for all ages!! I meet alot of other mommies there and now we all try and get together at least once week..
