I would avoid the massage...if they know you are pregnant they'll go light and avoid spots but if you dont want to tell them i'd skip the massage

I see nothing wrong with getting one at this point.
Just tell them to be easy on the massage if you are worried.
I'm almost 33 wks and I've had pedis the entire pregnancy with no incident.

ITA, 39 weeks here have had foot massages during pedicures and been just fine. I just asked them to go light on the massage during my first trimester.
Believe me if foot massages via a nail tech were going to induce labor I'd be there all day every day hoping to get this baby out.

I honestly never paid attention to this. My husband gave me nice hard foot massages throughout my preg. and I got peds every month. I delivered at 36w2d, but that's because my uterous(?) suckss not because of a massage

From what I've heard its towards the end of your pregnancy that you have to be careful because some pressure points in your foot and heel can stimulate the uterus or something like that. I skipped the massages towards the end just in case.

Don't worry at all. I never even said anything to the women doing the pedicure. I enjoy my massage while sitting in the massage chair.
BTW... had them done throughout my first pregnancy and I was 2 weeks late.
I'm 28 weeks now and I keep going. Just had one yesterday. It's Spring! Our feet have to look nice and there is NO WAY being prego that we can put polish on our own feet
