Did you get a unique/great shower gift?
I am a BM in a wedding and wanted a good gift to give...any thoughts or ideas?

I loved Waterford vases, flutes etc. to me that is special and timeless. Also a beautiful frame w/your wedding date and names.

My friend got a nice butcher block cutting board with their names engraved...not sure from where but I would've loved it!

We got some that were great in a useful sort of way, not sentimental.
We got:
Weber BBQ
A cooler on wheels loaded with patio dinnerware, plastic glasssware, citronella candles, and things like that. It was awesome.

I loved personalized gifts...engraved/embroidered things. I also really like the canvas print and camera idea!

One of my fave gifts was a hand-painted slate tile for our front door, with our last name in a heart saying Est. 2007.
My aunt got this at a craft fair.

My favorite gift was an ampersand from Crate & Barrel. It was such a wonderful symbol of marriage and I love it.

My aunt got me my Margaritaville and a big bucket filled with all different types of booze and then a few different sets of glasses (martini, margarita, shot glasses, etc.).

Yes!! We got a hammer with various sized screwdrivers in the handle!!! I love it!! I noticed that Hallmark has some pretty floral ones!!! Mary

Depending on how far away the shower is, a great one is a gift basket filled with decorations or housewares for each holiday/season of the year.

This is what I was going to suggest. It was one of the best gift b/c I probably would not buy the stuff myself.
