Re: if you eat SUPER healthy
Breakfast - 0% greek yogurt mixed with granola
Snack - Cottage cheese, string cheese, laughing cow cheese with carrots or a piece of fruit
Lunch - Salad with tofu, almonds, hard boiled eggs, etc, with balsamic vinegar for dressing
Snack - same as above
Dinner - Grilled fish with whole wheat couscous and a veggie
Snack - Fruit, usually watermelon or mango
We're vegetarian so I try to load up on dairy, fish and eggs for protein.

Re: if you eat SUPER healthy
Breakfast- egg white omlette with peppers and onions, 2 slices light whole wheat toast
Snack: orange
Lunch: tuna with fat free mayo & mustard, lettuce and onion on a low carb tortilla, baby carrots on the side
Snack: 0% Fage Yogurt with fresh berries
Snack (later on): Banana
Dinner: stuffed peppers made with lean ground beef, brown rice, onions, and fat free mozzarella
ETA- this particular day doesn't have enough protein...I usually struggle to get in enough protein. I try to get a protein shake along with my morning snack!

Re: if you eat SUPER healthy
Breakfast: homemade protein bar (i've posted the recipe a few times, but it has almond meal, raw peanut butter, coconut oil, egg, dried blueberries, dried cranberries)
lunch: fresh turkey & some raw carrots & grapes
snack: handful of nuts
dinner: grilled chicken over large salad with a lot of veggies
snack: fruit or nuts
I do not eat processed food. I don't eat a ton of food but I super high calorie foods so my daily caloric intake is pretty high (I actually eat a lot of nuts, red meat & uncured bacon & no, i don't have high cholesterol )
