Acceptance into private school

My daughter test about 3 weeks ago for enrollment into a private school. I was told that she did exceptionally well on the entrance exam and should recieve an acceptance letter in 1-2 weeks.

I dont want to be the pushhy parent calling for every little thing, before my daughter even starts school. ( i had to call mulitple times to schedule the test, because we were on vacation the week they tested all the candidates)

on the otehr hand though, i really want to know if she did in fact get accepted, because if she didn't i need to figure out a plan B. September really isn't that far away in the scheme of things.

should i call to inquire, or should i wait until next Monday to call?

Did you apply to any other private schools or was public school your other choice? If public, then I would just register her there and if the private school comes through for you, advise them she won't be attending (public). If you're considering another private school, I'd call at the end of the week if you don't hear something (you don't want to seem pushy - I'm sure there are many people waiting to hear). Good luck!
