Heavy leg days?
Ever have days where when you run you feel like your legs are made of lead?????
What's up with that??? I had the crappiest run this morning

Are you over training? I think it just happens sometimes, unfortunately.
I just read a blog this morning where the writer would repeat the words "light as air" or something along those lines to keep herself going when her legs felt heavy. Maybe that would help?

That's when I know I'm overtraining or I'm getting sick, or just need a rest. I try to ease off a little when that happens. This week I'm doing that - a self-imposed break. When I do that, I find that I feel rejuvenated when I jump right back in after an extended break.

I get that feeling if I run 3 days in a row. Then I just jog slower and look at it as a recovery run.

I agree that you need to look out your past workouts and schedule in some rest time.
