Maybe a stupid question BUT how do you know your have passed the baby?
On Wed. AM is when I started to bleed heavy. I saw clots and this small round thing like a little bigger than the size of a marble. Was that the baby? Since the U/S showed nothing...no yolk sac, nothing does that mean the baby passed and now Im just bleeding whatever is left in me? Im so scared that I didnt pass the baby yet and afraid its going to scare me when it does.
ETA: I was 7 weeks

I had a m/c in 07, when i passed my baby, it looked like a peach pit. Same size and texture, kind of grayish in color

Mine were bigger... I was 9 weeks tho.... The first thing to pass was about the size of my fist.... The next one was the size of a golf ball.... And then a clot the size of a peach pit like pp

I miscarried at about 11 weeks and while I didn't "look" at all of them, I had a lot of clots being passed over a few hours.
ETA- I realized I didn't really answer the question 
Once I stopped passing the clots, I just assumed that was it.

I started bleeding on Feb 5th (just about 7 weeks) I had two or three sonos that showed that the sac was gone but it never felt like I passed the sac.
On March 12th (after I got what I thought was my period) I passed the sac. Totally TMI but I was going out to dinner and just put a clean pad on. I felt a gush and took a baby wipe and wiped myself and I actually got the sac in the wipe. It looks just like a peach pit. It's gray. Doesn't break apart when you touch it.

See, now I dont know if I passed it or not. I had a lot of heavy bleeding on Wednesday with lots of clot. But one time I wiped it was about the size of a marble (maybe a little bigger) it was still red but maybe a hint of gray. The U/s I had showed no sac..now Im confused.

When I mc naturally at about 7 weeks that's exactly what it looked like.

Ok, then I probably did pass the baby already. Im actually not even bleeding much anymore so Im hoping its over.
