Can I do this?

We belong to the Patchogue Y with a family membership and I know I can take my DCs to any Y on LI and we're considered active members, but can I transfer a membership for 8+ weeks?

My DCs and I are staying with my folks upstate and I'd LOVE to still be able to take the kids to the pool, go to the gym, use child watch hours, etc while I'm up there -- anybody know if I can do this?
