Anyone switch careers bc of the economy?
DH is a TA in Special Ed - but his certification is for Phys Ed. He's not a "sit behind a desk" kinda guy...but his salary is just not enough.
Is there any other industry he could go in to but still have a good chance to go back into teaching if a position opened up?
TIA for any help!

Hofstra is having a seminar on reinventing yourself - our union is paying for anyone who wants to go - i think I might, even though I'm safe for right now, i would like to go back to my old certification.
