I just joined online today!! 
Of course I had a Dunkin Donuts muffin earlier today before I signed up (which was half my points for the day!
I really hope this works for me! I have about 25-30 pounds that I would like to lose, but this time I'd like to lose it the right way and learn better day to day tools to manage my weight long term!

haven't posted on the thread in a while. i was up this week 1.6. I went out to dinner on Friday (WI on Sat) and I didn't eat healthy at all. I am trying to step up my exercise but it's hard.

than when i weighed in yesterday I was down .4 which brought me to my 25 lbs mark.

Went to WW tonight (around 5:30PM)...Usually go on Sat. AMs first thing!
Had pizza for lunch, lots of water through the day!
Anyway, yes, the scale went up! I'm not upset about it, just hopping back on the wagon!
Tonight, I Officially Claimed LIFETIME!
I'm still 2lbs under goal, so, I'm still very excited!

I had a good week, picked up the exercise and it paid off.

Total 20.4
3.4 until goal! 1.4 until I can reclaim Lifetime and stop paying!!

Congrats everyone on all the great losses and a big congrats to Dawn!! Welcome to the Lifetime Club! 
I'm down .6 this week. I had bought a scale and its amazing how accurate my measurements were. I really felt like I was eating the "right amount" and portioning everything the right away. A great investment. I ended up getting one for my mom today too!

My standard routine with WW has caught up with me. I lose for 2 weeks, plateau for 2 and then get annoyed and gain. I'm still down 3 lbs total (ugh) but I'm back on board as of today!!!!
