I am sure this has been Asked...??? Pre-Natals...???
But, which Pre-Natal Vitamins are the Ladies using...???
I am embarrassed to say that I have not started taking any...I have Crohn's Disease so Vitamins & Nutrients are Very Important.
My OB/GYN says I can take any vitamin, but I figured I would ask you Ladies for some advice...

I take Nature Made liquid soft gel Pre-natal Multi with DHA. Knock on wood...I've never had any issues with them in three years.

I take the gummie vitafusion ones from Target. I use to be on the Walmart ones but I like the taste of the gummies better

I take prescription ones now by I used to take the ones from target. My dr said they are fine for TTC and to switch to presc. once I'm pregnant. I know some people just stay on the OTC ones and are fine through pregnancy.

my OB/GYN prescribed Prenexa which I love bc it's plant-based DHA which means no "fish burps" (I had a BIG BIG prob with that when I was orig taking OTC One-A-Day prenatals!)
I also love them bc they have 1.25 mg of folic acid ANDDDD stool softener too! (I have pooping issues! sorry, TMI)

i use the CVS or Walgreens name brand and buy it when they have their buy 1 get 1 free sale! i also take a supplemental omega pill.

i started to take them a few weeks ago, my doc said over the counter was fine. i bought the CVS brand ones as well on sale, buy one get one free.

I tried a bunch and found the one that worked best for me is Gesticare DHA. The only bummer is it's a prescription vitamin so even with insurance it's $80/3 months

Alot of the prescription ones have a stool softener included - joy! Haha, just beware of that if you get the prescription ones!
