Part time employee forced to full time
If a part time employee is told they must pick up full time hours or they will be let go, would the employee be allowed to collect unemployment if they cant work the hrs required by the company?

You should be able to be eligible since you may have daycare issues/cost, etc.... They are changing the terms of your employment which is not what you were hired for.
