using the uppa baby vista
at what size can you start using the main seat and not the bassinet?
DD doesn't like being flat on her back so I am wanting to transition to the main seat but she is only 7 weeks is this too young?
Thanks.

Re: using the uppa baby vista
DS outgrew the bassinet at around 2-3m. I used the snuzzler till he could sit up well on his own.
it made it just like the way he sat in the infant carrier/car seat.

Re: using the uppa baby vista
I got the adapter for my infant carrier ($40) and snapped the infant car seat onto the bass. It was much easier than having to take him out of the car and than into the stroller seat.
We used the main seat when he was 5 months...he fit better in it at that age than when he was younger.

They say from birth but I started a little before he turned 3 months. He hated the bassinet.

I think 3 months is when you are supposed to be able to use the seat. I put that body support in the bassinet and now dd doesn't mind it, but we frequently do just snap the car seat in.
ETA that we also put a blanket under the sheet to prop her up a bit.

Re: using the uppa baby vista
my little girl hates being flat too. I just propped up the back of the bassient with a small pillow and than put the snuzzler in it as well for support.
I am not sure how long I can get away with using the bassinet bc she is getting very long, even at just 5 wks.
I was wondering the same thing about that other seat.

DD hated the bassinet. We started using the seat some time between two and two and a half months. It was a much better experience for both of us!
