In everyone's auto policy you have a provision for something called "SUM" coverage. This stands for Supplementary uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.

Most people elect the minimum coverage ($25,000), because insurance companies do not properly explain to customers how important this is.

For example, if you are hit by a car with no insurance, or the minimum insurance, and suffer serious injuries, you may be able to pursue a claim against your OWN insurance company for bodily injuries.

Why would you want to limit your maximum recovery to $25,000?

RAISE YOUR SUM LIMITS TO AT LEAST $100,000. It will only cost you a few dollars more per year to gain that extra protection.

Our firm handles these types of issues on a daily basis. Our clients are guided through the complicated process of pursuing injury claims against insurance companies.

If you or someone you know is injured in any type of accident, auto or otherwise, contact us IMMEDIATELY to make sure all of your rights are protected from the very beginning.
