Quit Smoking - Hypnosis or Laser
Has anyone quit smoking using either Hypnosis or Laser?
Did it work?
Who would you recommend?

my cousin actually went to a stop smoking seminar held at a local hospital and it actually worked for her! she smoked all the time and now she said she has no desire... i believe she has been smoke free for 4 months now.

A hypnosis seminar?
They offer them at southside and good sam. Im sure other hospitals have them too. Honestly neither worked for dh nor I.
I quit by joining the suffolk smoking cessation program, its 6 classes and they give you all the meds and other things to quit for free. http://www.co.suffolk.ny.us/departments/healthservices/healtheducation/calendar.aspx
DH swears by Chantix.

My dad went to Laser Ray and hasn't touched a cigarette in over 2 years. This is a man who was a 3-pack-a-day smoker for MANY years.
