food/daycare question

my daughter is 12.5 months old, only has 2 bottom teeth and starts daycare 2 days a week on tuesday. i'm trying to think of meals (breakfast, lunch and snacks) i can send her with that she can feel herself and if they need to be heated, will do so in under 1min in a microwave. so far i have fresh fruit, gerber ravioli meals, cookies, puffs, and yogurt melts. she loves waffles so i was wondering if they can be heated up in a microwave. has anyone ever done this? also if you have any good snacks or meals you can recommend please do so! the staff at the daycare will help feed her if she needs it but i really want to get her off baby food.

We buy ABC pasta and throw in some broccoli and EVOO. DS chows down on that. Even spaghetti would work

Check out weelicious.com they have a ton of great recipes. I love making the cheesy turkey meatloaf bites. Other things that we send in include:
Meatballs
String cheese
Peanut butter &jelly
Chicken tenders
Turkey hotdogs
Green giant broccoli and cheese sauce
Yogurt
Pancakes
Fruit cups
Goldfish crackers
Raisins
Apple sauce
Fish sticks

DD is 14 months and I think they do a combination of letting her feed herself and helping her out with the things that aren't finger food.

breakfast I send either a pancake, a waffle, or dry cereal + cut up fruit. I have never heated pancakes/waffles in the microwave at home, but they do at daycare

lunch I send usually mac and cheese, pasta with veggies, or a sandwich (hummus, sunflower seed butter, cream cheese and jelly + cut up fruit and veggies)

for snacks, I send Pirates Booty, veggie sticks, dry cereal, raisins, string cheese and cut up fruit.
