Lettuce wraps...yummy! I make them with turkey & cheese. Sometimes I put on hummus or add avocado & roll it up in a leaf of lettuce. It's really good!

I also like peanut butter on celery for snack. I am making that for snack for tomorrow actually.

Any nut butter on apple or banana.

How does that work? What kind of oatmeal do you use?

I don't eat them together.

I use quaker instant oatmeal, the maple syrup and brown sugar kind. I also add in a cup full of blueberries.

I eat the greek yogurt for lunch usually or a mid-day snack, with lemon juice and garlic powder usually and dip cucumbers, celery and broccoli in it.

I eat quinoa with veggies for lunch. Snacks include plaingreek yogurt with honey and granola, hummus and crackers, almonds, fruits, etc.

Re: Filling foods (especially snacks)

I find processed food the LEAST satisfying and bread is a waste of calories imo...

I eat:
Cottage cheese (this is SO versatile for sweet or salty snacks...google easy recipes)
greek yogurt
Protein shakes
veggies & dip (a clean dip)
roasted veggies
nuts and nut butters
fruit
high quality aged cheeses
dark chocolate for the choco craving

anything with a lot of protein!! I am all about just saying no to empty carbs Chat Icon

Re: Filling foods (especially snacks)

When I'm hungry I like to have a serving of almonds and raisins. I measure it out and put it in a bowl and I'm good to go for a few hours.
