How Early Is "Too Early"????
ok so tonight the lounge next door has a live band or something.
fine, whatever.
BUT the problem is that they are SOOOOOO loud my whole place is vibrating! LITERALLY! my chair is shaking as i type!
how early is 'too early' to call 311?
eta: Dharma is crying because she is scared!
i can tell this is going to be a FUN night

b/c they never sound proofed their bar and they arent supposed to have live music/loud dj so close to a residential building without soundproofing.
eta: if my neighbor at the end of the block (literally) can hear tehm then can you imagine how loud it is in my apartment?!
theyre speakers are on the other side of my bedroom wall!
(except tonight its live,not a dj)
