Im a fat pig.
I just went out to lunch with a client. Had two rolls, two glasses of wine and swordfish with vegetables. So good. We skipped dessert but then on my way back to the office I ate a bag of swedish fish and two starbucks black and white cookies.
what the hell is wrong with me?!?!?

Im sure you enjoyed it...but have some guilt too.
Happens to me.
Its like a cycle of bad eating but tomorrow is a new day.

I have those days and then begin my own "detox" the next day. Everyone deserves those days once in a while! The food sounded good.

I"m guilty here too today..I had 5 mallomars after my lunch, then went to dinner at cheesecake and while I ordered off of their new skinny menu, I had a huge margarita and about 3 pieces of bread with butter!
I'm not beating myself up though I've been so good lately, so tomorrow i'll just make sure I'm back on track! Don't beat yourself up!
