How did the Cow Harbor runners do?
Of course, perfect weather to run and two course records set!, I'm so upset, I couldn't run this year!
Hoping to hear about some PRs!

I was wondering how everyone did as well Erica. I skipped it this year and did the Philly half instead! Perfect running weather all weekend!

Hey Erica not sure becauase I never did the November race there but I have done this Rock and Roll Hafl 2x. It's by far my favorite course. You run along side the river for a while, over a small bridge, throught the city, you really get a little bit of everything! If it is the same you will love it:)

I did!! It was amazing weather for the race.
Felt like the crowd was a bit weaker this year - not as many people along the course cheering you on - but overall another successful, fun event!
I think the training runs definitely helped too!
