I think you mean Sony CyberShot, but there are tons of models of each...you'll need to be more specific

I owned two Sony Powershot cameras(can't remember which models) but I was never happy with either one. I now have the Canon Powershot SD1400IS and I am so happy with the picture quality and the colors are very real.

In that range, I'd go with the Canon Elph http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/753773-REG/Canon_5096B001_Powershot_300_HS_Digital.html
The entire Elph line has been well-liked for many years, and this model gets great reviews (you can check out some on the link). I've heard mixed reviews about the CyberShot, but the Canons are really consistent. The specs are great and it has a ton of features!

I have the Canon Powershot...LOVE IT. My mom has the Sony Cyershot & I hate it. Canons are great cameras.

I have a Canon Powershot (I believe it's the Elph line) and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It's small, easy to use and takes great photos (even of my toddler and dog that don't sit still for a minute  ). I believe I paid around $150 or so.

I have owned both and I foudn that the Canon takes FAR better shots and is a much better camera!!!!!
