Self-help/Positive thinking book?
Can someone recommend a really good book that encorages positive thinking or something along those lines?
I want to find something for my sister to uplift her spirit. She gets a little anxious and overwhelmed from daily pressures sometimes and I'd like to see her mellow out a little.

I like "The Power of Positive Thinking" by Norman Vincent Peale. It's a really old book but I find it relevant.

I know a lot of people have enjoyed The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. Not my kinda book so I've never read it, but it's worth a look.
