So it looks like another school year with my DD giving me problems with school

DD is in pre-k. She has been in the school part time since 2.5 and she goes 3 full days now.
Last year she cried 3 days a week from September until April when my DH started taking her for 2 weeks while he was home after having #3. She stopped crying and that was good. Her other hurdle was she didn't talk in class, with anyone. They ask her something (pier or teacher) and she would just look at them.
I really thought this year would be better because I love the teacher she has. The first month she did great. As of last week she is crying, not telling the teacher when she needs to use the bathroom and refusing to answer questions. The aide, now brings her to the bathroom and tells her she needs to pull her pants down and go to the bathroom. I don't want that but, she goes and I rather that then her having an accident and being embarrassed.

She doesn't talk about her feelings to anyone, not even me. She will talk about anything but feelings. Depending on the question you ask, she may or may not answer, including me.
I have her in dance and tae kwan do and she goes in fine does the class but doesn't talk to the instructor.
The teacher mentioned that she would benefit from play dates from the kids in class but it is so hard to find the time. #1 goes to PM kindergarden, I am in a different school district and the other moms also have older kids with other school schedules.

I did bring it up to the ped. over the summer when she turned 4 and he suggested that it may be a mild form of selective mutism (I really don't think she has this because she will talk to some adults and does interact with other kids, but doesn't initiate the playing) or mild anxiety. I do think she could have anxiety but I don't know why. The teacher tells me that she wants to talk and wants to tell them the answer but she stops herself. She won't even raise her hand for attendance.
She is stubborn and I was thinking a sticker chart but I don't know what kind and how to go about it.

Can you sign her up for a social skills class on the weekend? That way you don't have to worry about schedules with the other kids, but she is learning to actually socialize.
