Ugh. Sleep help please. 4 months.
I just dont know whats wrong. She goes down for 10 min, then starts crying. No matter if its nap or nighttime. Sometimes she wakes crying and then falls back to sleep, but the majority of the time the bink falls out and you have to go back in, put it back and shush her. Its like newborn status all over again. You get, at most, a 3 hour stretch. Im going back to work next week. I really just have no idea what the issue is. anyone?

teething??? I noticed a change in DD#1's sleep everytime she cut a tooth, also an ear infection can cause them to scream when they are lying flat so if you think it is a possibility have her ears checked. Good luck we have all been there and it su@ks but it is temporary...keep repeating that lol

Re: Ugh. Sleep help please. 4 months.
My DD was a great sleeper from 6 wks on and then just before 4 mos she hit a sleep regression for about 2.5 weeks. Same as you, she would go back to her newborn sleep patterns and I was exhausted.
Eventually she went back to normal. I think keeping to a strict schedule at that point no matter if she was being fussy or not helped. I didn't try to keep the sleep pattern, I kept the same schedule we always did even if it meant it took an hour to put her down.
I hope it's just a phase for you. Good luck!

Re: Ugh. Sleep help please. 4 months.
My DS has been weird with the night sleep lately too. He's just 4 months, 2 weeks now. I'm thinking it's teething or his reflux.
He's up like every 2 hours at night (for a few minutes with his eyes closed and fussing). He doesn't need to eat and wastes most of the bottle typically. But it's annoying.
I just moved him out of the FB rock and play because I think it's too small for him now and maybe disrupting his night sleep. We'll see. Good luck!
