Freaking out a lil *UPDATE*
Yesterday when I saw my new OB, she did a pap smear. I totally didnt need one..I had one in May..but whatever. She said I would have some light spotting yesterday. So, I did have light spotting...then I had some heavier spotting. Lots of pink when I wiped. This morning I wake up and felt really uncomfortable. Went to the bathroom and I have bled dark red blood into my underwear. Way more than spotting..almost like a light period. I would need to wear a pad today for sure. Plus, I had already been having cramping from my ruptured cyst..and yesterday it got worse, and I cant tell whats going on with my body because of all these factors!
So I called the OB oncall (same OB I saw) and she said that she doesnt think I am having a miscarriage...but to either go to the ER or go to her office at 9 AM because its too much bleeding. So, I will be barging my way into her office at 9 AM. I am trying not to freak out...and telling myself its just the pap...but I cant help it when I see all this blood. 
Did this happen to anyone else?
**UPDATE**
Thanks for all the prayers, good thoughts and kind words! I went to the OB's office at 9 and was told that the other OB was in surgery til 10:30AM...(gahhhh). My RE is in the next building, so my first instinct was to run right over to her! I went and she saw me right away. After the exam, she said that my cervix was still bleeding from the pap yesterday. She was explaining how the cervix is super sensitive now and that the OB may have "scratched it". Yesterday the OB did put on some silver nitrate to stop the bleeding..I thought she meant light bleeding! According to my RE the silver nitrate came off and thats why I started gushing all this blood today. She said it should go away by the end of today. She peeked at the baby who was just fine with a strong heartbeat...and of course...sucking his/her thumb.

I had a lot of spotting issues during my pregnancy but I remember when I had my pap at 7 weeks I bled a lot after. Definitely needed a pad but by the next day or so it was gone. Go to the doc for peace of mind but try not to worry too much! (Trust me I know that is way easier said than done!)

I agree. I bled after my pap, not that much but I def. think its related since it happened right after.
