Question for those who have had breast reduction

I had my surgery on October 7th.

Best thing I ever did...the lift is AMAZING! Chat Icon Chat Icon

I did develop an infection and was on 2000mg a day of antibiotics, but all is good now.

However, the "girls" are still egg shaped. Picture sideways ovals. Chat Icon

How long did it take for your boobs to take on a normal boob shape?

TIA! Chat Icon

Re: Question for those who have had breast reduction

it took a total of about 6 months for them to seem "normal". They will settle over time. Not sure when I started to see it but don't fear. Gravity will take over. You just had it done.

Sorry you had an infection but glad you are happy!

Re: Question for those who have had breast reduction

I had mine almost 3years ago. I didn't get an infection, but did et an "opening" that closed on it's own with some bacitracin.

I went from a 34 DD plus, down to a small 34 B. To be honest I wouldn't have noticed if they were square, triangle or egg shaped. I have just been sooooo thrilled since day 1, that they were small. I feel so much lighter and more comfortable in my entire life!

Sorry, I'm no help. Enjoy! They are the gift that keeps on giving!! :)
