I was just looking at one the other night. I saw one where you can FaceTime Santa called Video Calls with Santa. There are 3 "conversations" that a live Santa will give you, one if they are good, one if they are naughty and one that says that Santa is not available. I read the reviews and some said it was fantastic, and others said their kids were too clever and were asking why Santa kept saying the same things! 
I opted not to go for it, bc I was afraid my 5 year old might catch on. He's very detail oriented.
