Wolf Griddle?

Does anyone have the griddle on the Wolf Range or Cooktop? I am debating getting it because I cannot imagine a scenario where I would need so many burners.

I have the 6 burners and charbroiler wolf range and have never used the charbroiler. I got is because I have the 48" and didn't need 8 burners.
I would look to see how easy it is to clean and then decide if you would use it.

I went through the same issue. I have a 48" so either 8 burners or something else.

I chose the charbroiler because it is more an "integrated" piece. If I really wanted a griddle, I read that many people just buy a cooktop griddle (like a pan) and use that on one of the burners. It cleans super easy because it's removeable. It's not like I can do some sort of portible charbroiler setup.

Honestly I haven't used my charbroiler yet... but if I got the griddle I wouldn't have used that either. Eventually i'll start using the charbroiler but for now my outdoor grill is working out fine.

Either way both the griddle and the charbroiler are a PITA to clean... I just got the charbroiler due to the fact that I can always get a portable griddle.
