I know these are off limits when PG but when should I really cut these out? I use truvia with my morning coffee. I cut out coffee and drinks with sucrolose and aspartame.

Re: artificial sweeteners
I actually stopped using them a month or so ago... not only cause I am hoping to be pregnant soon, but if they don't want pregnant woman having them and they recommend not letting children have them, it got me wondering how good is it for anyone?!
I switched over to agave nectar (sweeter than sugar, so you use less than you would sugar so less calories). I am hooked! my sister is allergic to artificial sweeteners so she got me started with it.

Re: artificial sweeteners
Agave Nectar comes in a jar...looks like honey/syrup. Usually near the sweeteners at the supermarket.

Re: artificial sweeteners
artificial sweeteners really arn't good for anyone, especially your kidneys. There are some claims that MS has been linked to artificial sweeteners, though I think this needs to be further researched.
And agave is what tequila is made out of I'll take some of that in my coffee!

yes, a little darker than honey, you can find it in the supermarket near the honey. Bj's also sells its, also right next to the honey!
