If we finished our basement (new windows, insulation, waterproofing, etc), can we use them as an energy-related tax deduction?

I remember in 2010 when we did our blown-in insulation for the basement - we were able to deduct part of its cost along with any new windows and Energystar appliances due to the energy-savings we were creating. does this apply for 2011, too?
