no idea how to access public library on my nook
HELP! could someone please post step by step instructions how to get books from the public library onto my nook? I know the website is
live-brary.com but once I go to it I have no idea how to find books/download them/get them onto my nook.......
i'm hopeless

After I download the book from the library I open it in Adobe Digital Editions (which I downloaded from Adobe). When I plug my nook into the computer, it shows up as a bookshelf. I click on borrowed and drag the library book over to the nook on the book shelf.
Make sure to borrow Adobe Epub book.

i'm trying to do the same thing and it won't let me drag to my nook. Do I have to download adobe on the nook?? I'm so lost, I have 3 books borrowed and they are on my digital editions on computer, but can't get them to the nook when I connect both

I noticed I had to have Adobe closed when I connected my nook. Once it was connected to my computer it would then show up in Adobe and I was able to drag and drop.
Also, make sure it's the adobe EPUB book you download, not the PDF ebook.

I don't have the directions but I had the same issue. I had to find the nook folder, delete something and it worked great.

Here is what I did with the helps from this blog:
1. plug the nook and delete the fold ".adobe-digital-editions". (make sure backup files to your computer first).
2. Remove the nook from the computer.
3. Open Adobe Digital Editions
4. Plug the Nook to the computer
5. The ADE will recognize the Nook and the Nook icon displays in ADE
6. Authorize the Nook.
7. you can transfer books now!
