36 weeks and the gym

Yes or no?

Last week I still went 3 days and felt fine.

I take it very easy - elliptical, that's pretty much it. I'm feeling a little pressure more and more...working out can get uncomfortable at times but I'm usually fine...

DH thinks I should stop now. I feel like one more week is ok... but I've been saying that to myself since 30 weeks (one more week, one more week Chat Icon)

Not sure what to do...

Good for you for going this long. Last time I stopped around 7 1/2 months.

If you still feel good, you don't need to stop. It could help progress things along!

Last pregnancy I worked out until the very end! If you feel up to it, I say go for it!!

I went up to the day before my water broke. I did some elliptical, walking seated exercises like bicep curls. It really helped me if you feel ok I think it's fine.

If you're feeling up to it, then definitely go for it! I walked almost every day the last month before I had DS and the day my water broke, I had walked (waddled) a mile. My OB encouraged it.

I went and felt good.

Today I don't think I'm going though. I feel a little "off".
