Protein Shakes
Can anyone please recommend a good tasting protein shake that has low carbs and not too many calories. If it comes in a can or small bottle, even better. I would like to take a shake to work now and then. Thanks.

The best "to go" shakes I've found that are both high protein and low carb are at Costco. It's their brand and I've had both vanilla and chocolate and they're good. I let my costco membership go recently and now I'm using something from GNC but the specs aren't as good and neither is the taste.

This was recommended to me by a friend's personal trainer. It tastes good in either chocolate or strawberry.

Awesome! Thanks for the recommendations. I like Jay Robb products also, I used to drink his shakes all the time. But they don't sell them in convenient "to go" bottles. I will look into all of these. I think I saw Myoplex lite in small bottles, so I may try this one! Thanks again.

Orgain is my favorite protein shake. Tastes soooooo good. It's a little pricey, but I buy in bulk from the vitamin shoppe. I'm sure you can find them even cheaper.

They do make them in packets that you can bring 'to go'.
