Re: PCOS
I have PCOS, although I'm not really sure if mine would be classified as mild or severe or what. Anyway the doctor said we will be able to get pregnant, its just a matter of regulating and monitor my cycles (mainly through clomid so I grow the follicles and HCG trigger shots to make me ovulate)

Re: PCOS
I think it greatly varies my OB and I saw an RE before trying who specialized in PCOS - both told me I would never get pregnant on my own. I had periods that went from 28 days to 45 or more, some months I didn't O. DD#1 I got pregnant 1st month trying but was taking metformin for a few months which helped to shorten the length between periods somewhat. But I think I got pregnant on a 38 day cycle.
DD#2 I wanted to try without the meds because they really bothered my stomach. We got pregnant on the 1st time but on a 43 day cycle. One thing we were told to try was to BD every single day of the cycle IF we could do it - since you don't know when or if you O.
I think I was VERY lucky and this won't happen for most - but I have been told I have severe polycyctic ovaries and bad PCOS so you just don't know.
