Please recommend your threading eyebrow person!
Hi-went to Ninas in Commack just because its by the house. Lets just say I won't be back. My brows have grown in but I just don't want to walk in - can someone give me a place where they go to a specific person? I work in Roslyn and Garden City live in Suffolk so wherever is fine.

i go to the Broadway Mall. I think it's called the threading station? It's 2 girls right across from NY&Co. They're awesome!

i used to go to them...i saw Annie. they weren't bad, but i switched to broadway mall.

There's a good place on Deer Park Ave. across from Crazy Billy's. They also do a great job at the kiosk in Sunrise mall.

In Roosevelt Field Mall there's a beauty supply store called Essentials Plus. It's kinda dumpy, but there is a lady in the back of the store that threads and she's great! It's near Macy's and Urban Outfitters. You can see the store from the outside of the mall.

I having been going to them for years! Even when they were just a kiosk in the middle of the aisle! They do a great job, I am in and out in 5 minutes.

i go to the one on dpa. its priced well but they use to be better a few months ago. they changed owners like 4 times.
twice by two diff people they try to make small talk and have insulted me, pretty rude.
i think ill have to try the one in sunrise mall!
op-what happened at nina? i use to go there?

I have 2 for you and TRUST me...I've been through the mill of eyebrow people and am one of those really annoying clients who HAVE to have every hair perfect or else I ask them to fix it and then am usually still unhappy! LOL
Sara at DiRosa salon on Hempstead Tpke. in Franklin Square (about 5-10 minutes from where you work) is the BEST eyebrow lady that I have EVER met!!! In fact, she is SO good that she is the ONLY eyebrow threader there (it is a hair salon) and has herds of people go to her! You can search for the number...I know she's been on maternity, but should be coming back soon.
The other is on Hillside Ave. off of NHP Road...Rani. Jessie is amazing and always gets them right! She took my messed up brows from a previous place and worked wonders! I LOVE her!

ditto to Sara at Dirosa. When you go just make sure it is her that is there. She is on maternity like pp said, and the girl filling in did not do such a great job.

In East Meadow on Newbridge rd there is a new place called Beena Beauty..I just started going there and I have never had anyone do my eyebrows better..... and as a plus everyone I have ever encountered there has been so pleasant and professional...Don't know if you are looking for Nassau though..
