Which formulas do they offer at NS Manhasset?
Does anyone know?

That's so strange. I delivered in November and was never offered a choice. I was breastfeeding twins too. I was so tired and asked for them to be taken to the nursery. The nurse asked if I wanted to sleep for the night and I said YES! She said they'd be given Similac bottles. I was also sent home with tons of Similac nursettes.
It worked out fine. But no one ever offered enfamil.

Most hospitals offer only 1 formula at a time. But they change off. I delivered at south Nassau and the nurse explained that they do 3 months on similac and 3 months of enfamil. I have spoken to moms who delivered at other hospitals and seem to be a similar experience.

I've delivered there twice and all of my friends (so about 10+ babies) as well and Similac was the only formula used.

Most hospitals will not feed your baby unless you medically can't. They always brought the baby to you for feedings

Really? Each of my 3 kids were fed in the nursery at night (even without asking me), but with the similac provided by the hospitals.
I don't know what NSUH uses, but I thought they switched between enfamil and similac?

Same here. Ds was sent to the nursey one night and they fed him for me and updated me ( how many ozs and last fed)when he was brought back to my room.
