Those of you who eat egg whites
What do you do with the yolks? or do you buy egg whites in the carton?
I usually use one yolk and give the other to my dog.
I'm skeptical about egg whites in the carton. Do they have an organic option? I think it may be cheaper to give the yolks to my dog.

I've used the carton ones before. I prefer real eggs though. I usually eat one whole egg, and 2 whites (toss the yolks).
When the babies were younger I used to cook the yolk for them. Keep that in mind for when your daughter starts food. Our Dr gave the OK for yolks around 9 months and whites at 1 yr (i think, cant remember exactly).

I just toss the yolks....
I've tried to eat egg beaters and whites in a carton and just find the flavor to be off...but that is just me....

All Whites is what I use..add veggies ..tastes great. I find Carton whites fluffier then shelled.
