postpartum thyroiditis
Is or did anyone having this issue? My doc just called me and wants me to get blood work. I'm nervous that it is something serious....

Re: postpartum thyroiditis
yes, I did. it is nothing to be really nervous about but make sure you get the bloodwork done. thyroid issues can throw off your metabolism/appetite, cause anxiety, etc. - all things that a new mommy doesn't need extra to deal with. if you do have an issue it should be easily controlled and you will be monitoried. my postpartum thyroid issues cleared up within the first 3 months (and now I just deal wtih my regular thyroid issues, lol).
good luck and don't panic
