Terrible twos
When did your child go through this? My DD probably started throwing tantrums like at 15 mts but now at 20 mts its much much worse! She is really a handful. EVERYTHING is no no no. She wants everything her way and if she doesn't get what she wants.....watch out....she will throw things, bang her head in frustration, etc. And people say 3 is worse......I cant even imagine! Anyone else going through something similar?

Re: Terrible twos
She started at birth. (actually I am only half joking... )
But in the way you mean, she started at 1. She got progressively worse. Now at 21 months I THINK i can see a small tiny point of light at the end of the tunnel. As she starts to communciate more, her frustration is less and the tantrums have SLIGHTLY diminished.

Re: Terrible twos
Started as soon as she turned 1 and still going strong at 21 months. Today was a good do far but these are few very few. I actually don't know what to do with her any more. If u look up some of posts you can tell how fraustrated I am. She's finally got words but still can't fully communicate with me. I have been trying to let her chose and have a decision but it takes forever. She's def got an opinion now and nothing but her opinion counts. I am praying she gets over it sooner but not counting on it.
Good luck

Re: Terrible twos
Both my kids started their terrible two's at one. My 2 year old is still going through it with no end in sight, but my almost 4 year old is sooo much better now! What baffles me is that they're well-behaved in public and preschool for the most part. Home is another story!

Re: Terrible twos
Iforget exactly which month...but DD was very cranky for a good two months..She was an entire dif child. She ended up getting three molars at once....then she was fine. It took forever for those teeth to come in. I also noticed that when DD was able to communicate better the whining stopped!
