Zero Motivation
I cannot seem to get into a routine longer then a couple of days.
I'm usually better at this but I can't quite figure out what to do next. I try and cook healthier but then I go overboard with portions. I'm always so friggin hungry!!!
I'm gonna go back to my lower carb eating and try that out for a couple of weeks and see if I can stick to it. It's really difficult this time around for some reason.
What are some ways you get and stay motivated? I need some new tips!
TIA

Re: Zero Motivation
I am not an avid calorie counter today but when I need to kick myself in the ass for a few days I use my fitness pal app. I used it for a whole year in conjunction with running and weight training and lost my baby weight (post two kids back to back) and then some. I felt like I had some accountability by using it. The best part was that the app is free and the online version is great.
